Members First was created to service and grow Financial Services Businesses including Mortgage Advisers and Financial Advisers.

Our aim is to help our members become profitable and successful businesses in the Financial Services Industry.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

Nicholas Psyhogios
Chief Executive Officer

Nicholas has been in the Banking Industry for 13 years. He brings along his experiences in pioneering the Mortgage Broking industry, creating National Alliances and Joint Ventures within targeted market sectors. Nicholas' role is to forge referral alliances, and to source referrals, for Members First and its members. Prior to Banking, Nicholas had successful careers in Real Estate and Financial Planning. He is qualified in Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and Diploma of Financial Services (Mortgage Broking Management)

Andrew Tan
Director - Members First

Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in various aspects of finance and investment services. He has been involved in specialist roles with companies in industries as diverse as defence, manufacturing and finance. He has written articles for publications such as “Investment Property Reporter” and has consulted in the mortgage industry since 1997. Andrew is an affiliated member of the Financial Planning Association and has qualifications in Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and Diploma of Financial Services (Mortgage Broking Management).

Fred Poli
Director – Members First Wealth

Fred Poli has a wide range of experience in the financial services industry. From humble beginnings in 1982, Fred learnt the ins and outs of the various aspects of the industry, culminating in the opening of a Pembroke Financial Planners office in Brisbane in 1987. Fred brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of small business and the financial issues facing the small business owner of today. He sees his strength as helping people to use money as a tool rather than let it, or rather the lack of it, to run your life.

“Achieving financial independence is simple….. but it’s not easy. If it was easy then everybody would be financially independent” says Fred.

Fred is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) qualifications.
